Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Full-Time & Part-time available
Days, swing and weekends.
 

What You'll Do:

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
Help with meals, light housekeeping, and daily routines.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Support mobility and ensure client safety.
Offer medication reminders.
Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
This isn't just task-based care, this is relationship-based care.
 

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of one (1) year of caregiving experience.
Someone reliable. Showing up matters in this role.
Strong communication and a calm, professional demeanor.
A genuine desire to help others live comfortably at home.
Valid driver's license, vehicle and auto insurance.
We work to match you with clients near you whenever possible.
 

Duties:

Provide personal care assistance: bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Assist with daily living activities: meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
Provide medication reminders.
Monitor patients' health by checking vital signs and reporting any concerns.
Support clients with mobility challenges, including heavy lifting.
Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment by following hygiene protocols.
Work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
 

Qualifications:

One (1) yr of proven experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
Certification in CPR/First aid is highly desirable.
Experience working with older adults.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
Ability to perform lifting as required by client needs.
A commitment to maintaining a clean environment and adhering to safety protocols.
Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
Valid drivers license and auto insurance.
